I posted a lot of beach-selfies on Instagram while on my recent vacation to Mexico, and many of you we’re dying to know where I got my bathing suits. You all know I’m a busty girl and have discussed the importance of a well-fitting bra. Supporting your “girls” whether it be in a bra or a bathing suit will make you FEEL GOOD and LOOK GOOD. I got my first bra fitting for my twenty-first birthday, and as dramatic as it sounds, it literally changed the way my clothes looked and felt. Three years ago I decided I could no longer squeeze my tatas into size large bathing suit tops that were ultimately ill fitting elsewhere. I had to take the plunge and invest in some bathing suits that fit my body. So, I bid farewell to my days of stocking up on multiple suits every season from the glorious Target swim section and found some brands that would suit me and my body better and stand the test of time.
There are two sites where I find my cup-sized swimwear: ASOS and Figleaves. Both of these sites happen to originate in the UK. I’m not sure if British ladies are more busty or if Americans just can’t seem to stray away from their itsy bitsy teeny weeny bikinis. Either way you need not fear about exorbitant costs to ship across the pond. ASOS offers FREE shipping and returns, and Figleaves offers FREE shipping and reasonably priced returns to their U.S. warehouse in Virginia. On each of these sites you can shop separate tops and bottoms to suit your unique proportions. ASOS offers up to size 42E(DD) and Figleaves offers up to size 44H. On certain suits, be sure to note the UK to US size conversion. Better yet? There are one piece suits in cup sizes too! I have to admit, monokinis are my newest obsession. There are three particular brands I have purchased from these sites that have a great fit and run TTS: Freya, Midnight Grace, and Cleo by Panache. However, I’ve had such a positive experience on these sites, I would honestly trust any of the reviews and brands (I’ve heard great things about Curvy Kate). Some of the suits pictured are from past seasons, but I’m still going to share the details so you can shop these suits! (Or at least similar ones). As always, shop smart ladies! I always fill my shopping bag and wait for a good deal. I got all my suits either on sale or during a 20% off promotion. Remember my motto, never pay full price for anything!

Last night was the Mad Men Season 7, Part I Premiere. For the past four years, my boyfriend and I have developed the tradition of going all out for the Mad Men premiere. We dress in era-inspired attire, drink Manhattans, and make a fancy dinner all to the tune of oldies from the corresponding decade. In case you can’t tell I have a little obsession with Mad Men, not only for its impeccably written script but also for its fashion. So, today’s post is about all things Mad Men + Fashion, from how I Mad Men to some of the top features on Mad Men fashion you should totally check out. Whether you’re a die-hard Mad Men fan like me or just a lover of vintage fashion, there’s something for everyone!
HOW I MAD MEN
Step 1: Mad Men yourself at amctv.com
Step 2: Make Manhattans
2 Parts Rye Whisky
1 Part Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Step 3: Get Ready – hair, makeup, and music
Step 4: Fancy Dinner
and the end result is…
Cynthia Steffe Printed Floral Cap Sleeve Dress (last season, purchased from Hautelook for $89)
Stuart Weitzman Logoplainfield Peep-toe Patent Pump (purchased from Hautelook for $179)
*To other die hard fans like me: Does that bangle look familiar?? Joan wears the same one in Season 6! Eek! I’m so proud to own a number of pieces from my grandmother’s jewelry collection!

Stacy London has teamed up with Baublebar to create the ultimate holiday gift guide. When in doubt, gift a girl some jewels! London weighs in with her picks for best statement pieces, layered looks, and timeless classics. If you’re looking for a gift for your mom, your sister, or your girls this holiday season, this guide has got a look to please every uniquely styled lady in your life! I’m personally coveting the layered looks – so versatile!

The 90’s Trend that Actually SHOULD Come Back
Many ladies would argue that I’m not a true fashionista for the following reason: I’m 5’2″ and refuse to wear a heel over 4 inches. I know you tall ladies are fuming at me for not taking advantage of the ability to wear 6-inch pumps and only be 5’8.” After years and years on pointe shoes back in my ballet days, I refuse to torture my feet any longer! So, it’s no wonder I’m rejoicing at this 90’s comeback: the court pump. And the heel height is (drum roll please…), 3.5 inches or less!
P.S. My philosophy is: you can have it all and never pay full price. See how much (or rather little) I snagged these pumps for from Rue La La. The deal is over now, but Cole Haan is a brand that recurs on many members only deal sites like Rue La La, so stay on the lookout!
A collection of early Dior photographs from former photographer of the stars Mark Shaw was recently revealed. Shaw is best known for his photography for Life magazine in the 1950’s and 1960’s. These intimate images are up for auction at 1st Dibs. These are a must-see!
Tis the season for remarkable holiday and resort campaigns that make our wishlists runneth over. Popsugar has highlighted seven campaigns they find particularly swoon-worthy. Of their picks my personal fave is probably the Nicole Kidman for Jimmy Choo Resort 2014 collection I featured on the blog a few weeks ago. However, I’m also loving the Banana Republic ad. If this doesn’t say classic holiday campaign, I don’t know what does! Check out the complete list here.
