Fashion Never Sleeps
It may be the weekend, but fashion never sleeps. Days 3 and 4 of New York Fashion Week have been buzzing by and filled with some shows you don’t want to miss. In case you did, here’s my recap of must-sees from the weekend:
From Saturday, September 7, 2013 – Day 3
Rebecca Taylor: The highlight of this show was the key pairing of separates. Each look was polished, clean, and truly embraced the essence of the season. My personal fave: the multi-wash denim.

Tibi: Neutrals take on a new form with earthy with pops of green. This show was notable for its adventurous jungle theme, however there were plenty of LBDes to swoon over.

From Sunday, September 8, 2013 – Day 4
Derek Lam: Perfect proportions were the cornerstone of this show. From suitably sized patterns to perfectly placed cutouts to consciously cut crops, it’s clear that these pieces are wearable for the every-girl.

Trina Turk: You could identify this show from a mile away. This Spring 2014 collection embodies that classic 1970’s beachy vibe the brand is known for.
